Hello to you all! And Happy soon to be 4th of July. WOW...I can not believe the fourth of July is just around the corner. Stone will be enjoying another good time at the Renter's home. However, he will NOT be inside my big fat belly but sitting on my "Santa Clause" lap. I wonder if Stone remembers last July 4th??? I will allow him to stay up past his bed time to watch the awesome fireworks! However, last night Stone could not stay up late because we left the Murphy's house early because I just HAD to give Stone a bath, in his own bath tub, and then put him straight to bed. I know Jan and Stacy get a roaring laught at how I am SO that first time mom!!! Mind you, Jan just lives across the street!!! Jan and Stacy did make me stay to feed Stone at Jan's house. Jan got out the highchair that has been in her family for what seems like 100+ years. And, both she and Stacy started feeding Stone a "real" banana, cottage cheese and strawberry applesauce. And can you believe it, I did NOT even have a camera!!! Cheers to mommies helping out other mommies!!!
Ok, yesterday was a big day for Stone because he found out that he now can hold his own full 8 ounce bottle!!! That means...I can drive on the ever so dangerous tollways and hand Stone a bottle of milk!!! I now have both of my hands back. Well, until little man realizes that having someone feed him is a sign of royalty. Note to self...I need to get a picture of Stone holding his bottle of milk while he wears his new shirt from Nonna and Paw-Paw that states King of the Castle. Thanks be to Baby Gap and his grandparents!
Today is another big day because my car needs the AC fixed and Stone has a play date with Elliott. Hopefully, all goes well with the car so that Stone does not have to reschedule his play date!!!
