To the grandparents of the former newborn Stone, please forgive me for not blogging sooner because this overly tired mommy, who can't find time to do a simple load of much needed laundry, is just now able to sit down and comprehend the great moment in time of this past weekend. This past weekend just whizzed by...mostly because---DRUM ROLL---Stone started crawling!!!
The little baby boy is not so little anymore! A moment in time has now passed. Can you hear the great Whitney Houston singing?!?! The little toot now finds entertainment not with all of his brain stimulating toys, but instead, Stone is amazed mostly with all of the electrical outlets in his playroom as well as with sharp scissors that are used for opening the plastic packaging for more outlet coverings!!! Truth be told, I truly do love watching Stone's developmental growth BUT I have selfish sorrow in my soul because Stone is officially not a baby anymore!!! What a moment in time! Oh, this past weekend was also a big moment in time for my best friend. That is right Nat...you "is" my best Alice in Wonderland friend and James Taylor knows how to sing my words to you. Last, Jim and I want Scott and Tem to know how much we love them. You guys have been with us since the day Jim and I met AND we love sharing our lives with you. May many wonderful blessings be upon you always AND thank you for loving Stone like he was your own son! Your love for him warms our hearts.
